From searching to manifesting - creating an ideal future

I am sometimes asked where my focus, my joy of life and my energetic ability to implement things come from.
Actually, it wasn't always like this. I used to have many depressive phases where I couldn't accomplish anything and didn't want to do anything. It was a miserable suffering and a feeling of being stuck.
There were a few key things that brought about the turning point. Among them:
A few years ago, I spent about 15,000 euros on coaching: the 'Thinking Into Results Program' with Bob Proctor.
That was a lot of money, yes. And it was all I had at the time. But the investment was worth it, because I completely reprogrammed my subconscious, threw beliefs overboard, and simply went after my dreams.
I realized that there are no limitations, only those of our own minds. Once you've experienced this shift, you immediately recognize the beliefs and limitations of others as well.
This brought a complete change in my life and a lot of lightness.
The seemingly impossible became possible, I experienced that myself.
And I know how to make this possible for you too.
- if you are dissatisfied with your life or want something different
- if you are looking for fulfillment
- if you are experiencing anxiety/depression or lows
- if you don't get into implementation
An effective resource
In coaching, it is called mental clarity and mindset, in spirituality it is called energy control and creative power, and in trauma healing it is called creative ability and inner images.
And yet it actually always means the same thing.
I am at home in all three areas, but I will first explain to you how it works on a neurobiological level .
When our nervous system is highly activated, i.e., in fight-or-flight mode, we fall out of the zone where we perceive the environment as safe. This results in a change in the stimulus charge in the brain. This means that cortical functions are dimmed (because they are too slow), and deeper brain areas take over control, which can quickly get us out of dangerous situations.
In this state, something happens that affects the perception of time , because in a survival situation, there is only the now. There's no point in jumping back and forth in time, because the organism needs to get to safety NOW. It's experienced similarly to a traumatized state , as if the suffering will continue forever and never end.
I felt like I was stuck, caught in a whirlpool, and didn't know how to get out. My biggest fear was that I wouldn't be able to do exactly that.
This also means you lose the possibility of seeing that things can get better in the future.
A counterpoint to this neurophysiological state is imagining a better future.
I don't even need to know how it's possible. The mere thought of a better future brings me out of the horror of a frozen nervous system , because it reactivates the higher areas of the brain.
You may have to force yourself to do it in some way at first, but it will get easier and easier.
Creating inner images
We constantly live with inner images, some of them conscious, others unconscious. Some cause unnecessary suffering because they no longer relate to reality; others are helpful to us because they fit with us and our world.
Usually it's like a film that runs automatically, but we can also intervene consciously.
So why not tap into this creative power and create life the way you want it? Consciously bring things into being through this process?
The deeper these images affect the nervous system, the greater their power. When I work with inner images, it's not enough to just create them mentally; I have to do it with my whole being: with emotions, my body, and sensory impressions.
I have to nurture the images and allow energy to flow into them, like a plant. Only then will they become reality in the Never system and, eventually, in the outside world.
So if I want to change something in my life, it means that it isn't there yet, or I want to get rid of something I don't like. I then create the opposite pole within myself, which causes the opposite condition within me, from which I suffer.
This has to be a specific expression or scene. The more specific, the better.
For the nervous system or the subconscious, it makes no difference whether I experience something externally or only internally.
Of course, there are also forces within you that will work against it, including so-called beliefs. Doubts will arise, and you'll think it's impossible to create it. It's like a blockage.
The key is to ignore it. Pain can then arise from what has not yet been experienced. However, this is a sign of success, because it means that the image has become a reality in the nervous system.
It will be a rather tedious process at first, but the more you do it, the more it will become automated and easier.
At this point, it doesn't matter whether it takes place externally. Because you will have already experienced what it's all about: creating a release in the nervous system .
We can't directly control what happens outside, but we can certainly control what happens inside. And it has an impact on the outside world.
I have created seemingly impossible things, that is my experience.
Design instead of searching
People often come to me looking for something to improve their lives, for example, a beautiful place, a relationship, or musical fulfillment in new ensembles or bands. They hope to arrive there, to be able to fulfill themselves, or to finally feel comfortable and connected.
That's totally understandable, and ultimately, I feel the same way. However, it doesn't really work that way.
There's a much more effective way . We don't have to look outside for what we desire; it's much better to create what we long for ourselves. That's what it's all about.
You can create anything from zero right where you are, just as you have created everything that already exists in your life.
Through searching, you become dependent on something outside yourself. But when you stop searching and start creating, manifestation happens.
And there are no limits. The only limits are those in our minds.
If I want to create something, it first appears in my mind. This is already a kind of manifestation, just on a more subtle level. If I then nurture it, I am already influencing the physical plane. Just this idea affects everything. The more energy we put into it, the faster it manifests.
Then, action must follow. If action doesn't follow, no energy flows and nothing happens.
This is how you create what you want.
Whatever we can imagine, we can realize. And the crazier our ideas are, the more far-reaching and unimaginable they are, the more we can realize.
So let's just create the paradise we desire. Dare to truly grasp the highest possible idea of your life.
Just start and decide to do it. And if you have mental obstacles or blocks and can't seem to clear them away, feel free to come to me and I'll help you if you'd like.
